Writing gives me a way to share the lessons that have stayed with me long after a workday ended or a chapter of my life closed. My experiences as a leader, a mother, and a first-generation college student have shaped how I see the world. I know what it means to juggle responsibilities, start again, and work toward something that matters even when the path is far from simple. Those experiences come with me to the page.

In my leadership writing, I draw on years of working alongside people, navigating difficult conversations, celebrating progress, and learning from the moments I could have handled better. I care deeply about how we treat people while we are trying to achieve results. I want to encourage women to trust their voice, help leaders recognize the influence they have, and invite readers to think about the legacy they are building through their everyday choices.

My children’s stories give that same care a different place to grow. There is something deeply personal about writing for a child who has a busy mind, feels things strongly, or needs a little reassurance that being themselves is enough. I want to make room for curiosity, kindness, and conversations that help children feel understood.
