LESSONS FROM THE FIELD #10
Unlocking Your Inner Super Power
Leadership isn’t about being the loudest person in the room.
It’s about discovering the unique strengths that only YOU bring to the table — and having the courage to use them consistently.
Your super power may be:
• The ability to inspire others during difficult moments
• The discipline to stay steady under pressure
• The courage to make hard decisions
• The resilience to keep showing up when things get tough
• The heart to lead people with accountability AND kindness
Too often, people spend their careers trying to become someone else instead of fully stepping into who they already are.
The truth is:
Your greatest strength is authenticity combined with discipline.
At our leadership conference this week, we talked a lot about energy, ownership, teamwork, and showing up with purpose. Watching leaders across our region step outside their comfort zones, celebrate one another, and embrace the spirit of growth reminded me of something important:
Super powers are not born.
They are developed through consistency, adversity, learning, and action.
The leaders who create the biggest impact are the ones willing to:
• Stay coachable
• Push beyond comfort
• Serve others first
• Hold high standards
• Keep evolving
Because leadership is not about perfection.
It’s about becoming stronger, wiser, and more intentional every single day.
Your super power is already inside you.
The question is… are you willing to unlock it?
